OBJECTIVE
With Germany being the largest market for NIVEA products worldwide the task to create a German NIVEA website proved to be more complex than a mere adaptation of the international site. For more than any other local version, NIVEA.de is the center of all online activities, i.e. newsletters, product specials and cooperations.
SOLUTION
Next to the maintenance of the site, Fork launches more than 30 online campaigns each year, i.e. promotional features, sweepstakes and surveys, some of which are adapted from NIVEA.com while others are produced for the German market only. Other features include an editorial advisory section and magazine retrogradely adapted by more than 20 countries worldwide, plus a monthly newsletter catering to specific target groups.
RESULTS
The German NIVEA website has been proven to be a successful backbone for NIVEA’s extensive marketing activities throughout Germany and an important tool in terms of integrated brand communication. It has been awarded repeatedly with “Best German Cosmetic Website” and “Best German Brand Website”. It’s a pity we cannot tell you about the number of visitors each month …
